Junior Custody and Operation Officer

The role
We are recruiting a junior officer to expand our Custody and Operations team in Malta.

The role will give the right candidate a wide exposure to financial markets and a great opportunity to learn and grow. From handling client documentation and maintaining the accounts, to executing transactions in various financial instruments and checking the investment restrictions of the investment funds. No matter the task, you will always strive to maximise the value for the clients. Delivering an outstanding customer experience is in the heart of the role.

To build up your level of expertise, we will encourage you to take courses and certifications, at our expense. We know it will be quite a lot to learn, but you’ll get all the support you might need and will work closely with the rest of the team.

Who are we looking for?
Open-minded and in the beginning of your career, you love to learn and want to grow.
You’ve got the essentials of finance and know that numbers and precision go together.
Service-minded and proactive, you know that your actions directly affect the clients and the company. A real team-player who can handle fast-paced environment.
You may, but don’t have to have any experience from a bank or another financial institution.
You must be fluent in English and Norwegian.
You have an international mindset and would love living on a sunny island in the Mediterranean. As we don’t work irregular hours, evenings or week-ends, you will actually have time to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.
